Refund policy
We have a FREE 30-day return policy on Australian and New Zealand of 1 pair in which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Free Returns do not apply to items that aren't sold at full price (RRP) or orders where a discount code / offer is applied and will be at the buyers expense*
For international returns and exchanges the recipient will be liable for the return shipping cost, please contact us at help@pamboes.com for instructions on how to do this.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ensure all garments are clean and unworn prior to returning. Pet hair, dirt or smell may be enough reason to decline your return or will incur a cleaning fee of $20. This decision is made on a case by case basis.
We remain the right to refuse a refund or exchange in any scenario where the return and refund policy is broken.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges are not free on bundles
If you choose a bundle and wish to return one or multiple, the customer will be liable for the shipping cost. This is done to deter those from buying multiple pairs with the intent of returning them to find their size.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds on bundle deals.
If you order a bundle and wish to return one or more pairs from said bundle and keep the remaining. You will be refunded the true value of the remaining items.
For example: If you order the Three Pack bundle valued at $258 AUD (Save $38) and return one your order will no longer classify as a Three Pack bundle. You will only refunded up to the next greatest bundle amount, a Couple bundle.
If you order a Couple bundle and return one. You will be refunded $69 AUD meaning you will be paying full price for the remaining one pair.
As such the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer on these orders as they will still classify as a bundle.

Exchanges are free on Australian orders of 1 Pair (Bundles are excluded as mentioned earlier). We will email you a return label to stick on the package to mail back to us.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We often sell out of particular colours and sizes and you may have to order a different colour if the size you want to exchange too is sold out.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@pamboes.com.
If there is damage or the garment is dirty, we remain the right to refuse the refund and if you wish the items back, the customer will be liable for them to be reshipped.
Garments with excessive pet hair or lint seeking a refund will incur a $20 cleaning fee deducted from their refund.
