Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and tracking numbers should be sent automatically once the order has been fulfilled.

Australian orders will take 1-5 business days.

New Zealand orders will take 5-10 business days

UK orders are dispatched locally from our warehouse in Milton Keynes and are carried by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

For other international orders, please allow 2 weeks where your order will be delivered by your local carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any tax and customs charges are to be paid by the customer.
Generally only large orders (>$300 AUD) will incur tax and customs fees.

Some countries are tax exempt (Free trade agreement) others may have a tax exempt threshold.

Please check your own regions specific duties - PAMBOES PTY LTD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR WILL COVER ANY CUSTOMS OR TAX CHARGES

If your Order is abandoned and / or fees are not paid, it will be returned to sender and you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual shipping cost.

Please note: The shipping cost that is paid for on international orders is a flat $10 AUD, and does not reflect the actual shipping cost.

Orders that incur tax are typically reserved for larger orders. hence the cost of shipping may be significant.

A receipt of the actual shipping cost for the order with unpaid duties will be provided for you upon the delivery of your refund.
